Sweden ScienceNet is an initiative to improve the management of information on Swedish research activities and results. This is achieved through exchange of experiences between the consortium members, review of related initiatives in Sweden and abroad, and through this internet platform.
This internet platform is step-by-step being extended to include information about research activities funded by the Swedish Research Council (Vetenskapsrådet, VR), the Swedish Research Council for Environment, Agricultural Sciences and Spatial Planning (Formas), the Swedish Council for Working Life and Social Research (FAS), and the Swedish Agency for Innovation Systems (VINNOVA). The goal is to, in the future, expand with data from the universities and other funding agencies to become the most extensive and quality assured source of information on research activities and results in Sweden.
Main financier of Sweden ScienceNet:
VINNOVA
